When are town employees paid?
Town employees are paid biweekly on Thursdays. For employees who have direct deposit, your pay will be electronically transferred to your bank account Thursday morning. Warrants authorizing the payroll are prepared each Tuesday for the approval of the Town Accountant and the Town Manager.

If I have a question about the amount of a water or sewer bill, who do I contact?
The Water Department reads meters and issues quarterly water and sewer bills. The department can be reached at 781-383-0057.

Where do I go to pay or contest a parking ticket?
The assistant to the Town Manager serves as the Parking Clerk for the Town of Cohasset. The department may be reached at 781-383-4105.

How often does the Town issue checks to its vendors?
Payments to vendors are issued weekly on Thursdays. Warrants authorizing payments are prepared Wednesday for the approval of the Town Accountant and the Town Manager.

If I have a question about an accounts payable who do I call?
Accounts payable is handled by Jane Henderson, she can be reached at 781-383-4110.

If I have a question about a payroll check, who do I call?
Payroll is handled by Sandra Parnell in the Treasurer and Collector's office, she can be reached at 781-383-4102.
