Interested in: Facebook, Instagram or just want to learn how to Skype a friend or relative? ? Stop by the Tech Drop-in and your questions will be answered! CHAIR YOGA

? This beginner friendly chair yoga class will focus on maintaining and gently increasing mobility, deepening breath and improving balance. ? We will explore various yoga poses and flows on and around the chair. ? Please bring a mat if you have one; otherwise one will be provided for you. ? Wear comfortable, layered clothes and plan to eat a light, healthy meal about two (2) hours prior to class. ? No registration necessary – drop-ins welcome! ? Cost is $5.00 per class.

A History of Lifesaving in Cohasset

Join us for a presentation from Brendan Hart of the Cohasset Historical Society on the history of Surfmen, The Humane Society, and nautical lifesaving in Cohasset. These individuals and their organizations were precursors to our modern Coast Guard. We will discuss their bravery, innovation, and commitment, and the long-lasting impact that they had.
