CHAIR YOGA

? This beginner friendly chair yoga class will focus on maintaining and gently increasing mobility, deepening breath and improving balance. ? We will explore various yoga poses and flows on and around the chair. ? Please bring a mat if you have one; otherwise one will be provided for you. ? Wear comfortable, layered clothes and plan to eat a light, healthy meal about two (2) hours prior to class. ? No registration necessary – drop-ins welcome! ? Cost is $5.00 per class.

Halloween Harvest

? Join us to celebrate the diverse cultural heritage of New England and a performance by Parent’s Choice Award Winning performer Davis Bates. The program includes harvest stories, songs from the past and present, ghost stories, and family tales. ? Warm cider and apple cider vinegar donuts will available. Weather permitting this event will be held outside under the tent. RSVP by Friday October 14, 2022 by registering via www.myactivecenter.com or calling the Cohasset Elder Affairs offices at (781) 383-9112. No cost for this event. ?
