Cohasset Community Electricity - Electricity Disclosure Label Updated

COHASSET -- Our Town’s electricity supply program Cohasset Community Electricity launched in March 2023 to provide new electricity supply options to our residents and businesses. Any electricity customer in Cohasset is eligible to join the program at any time! If you participate in our program you will see “Cohasset Community Electricity - Direct” listed as the “Supplier” in the Supply section of your National Grid bill.
As part of the Town’s electricity agreement, our electricity supplier provides a label, called the Electricity Disclosure Label, that describes the fuel sources and emissions characteristics of our supply. The State of Massachusetts requires that the label be updated quarterly, and the most recent Label is always available on the Program website: electricity.cohassetma.org
Participating in Cohasset Community Electricity does not change your utility company - National Grid continues to provide Delivery services to our Town, including outage repair, storm response, and they continue to handle all electricity billing.
