  • District Attorney Michael Morrissey is sponsoring a Mobile shredding truck to the Cohasset community. District Attorney Morrissey is inviting all to bring their personal and sensitive documents as well as computer hard drives to dispose of safely and securely.
  • Protect yourself from becoming a victim of identity theft and fraud and dispose of your important documents. When should I shred it?
  • Immediately: sales receipts, ATM receipts, paid credit card statements, paid utility bills, credit offers.
  • After 7 years: tax-related receipts, tax-related canceled checks, W-2s, records for tax deductions taken.
