September 21, 2022 PUBLIC DISCLOSURE 

The Cohasset Board of Assessors conducted a comprehensive reassessment of all classes of properties in the Town of Cohasset as mandated by the Massachusetts Department of Revenue. The Assessors are required to hold a Public Disclosure of assessments prior to final certification by the Bureau of Local Assessment. This disclosure is intended to inform property owners of the current property assessments for Fiscal Year 2023. The Public Disclosure will be conducted at the Office of the Board of Assessors at Cohasset Town Hall, 41 Highland Avenue during normal business hours commencing on Thursday, September 22, 2022 and concluding on Wednesday, September 28, 2022. Business hours are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:30 until 4:30, Tuesday 8:30 until 7:00 and Friday 8:30 until 1:00. For the convenience of taxpayers, the disclosure will also be available at the Paul Pratt Public Library, 35 Ripley Road, Cohasset, during normal business hours (781) 383- 1348 and on the Town of Cohasset website at: www.cohassetma.org/151/Assessors-Office The Assessors’ office staff will be available for taxpayers to review and discuss proposed values during the disclosure period.
